How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

When you've completed your online reservation, your confirmation number will be displayed on the confirmation page. If you completed your reservation by phone, you'll also receive a confirmation number. Additionally, we will send you an email confirmation after you've completed your booking. How do I get a receipt for my reservation?

When you complete a reservation your receipt is displayed, just click on the text “Print receipt” to print a copy. Please feel free to contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at (866) 617-3621 if you need a copy of your receipt.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation any time prior to your move-in date. Because your reservation is forwarded directly to the self storage facility you've chosen, you need to contact the facility you've chosen in order to request a cancellation. Your confirmation email will have contact information for the facility, as well as your confirmation number, which you need in order to cancel your reservation.
